Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we publish, what we never publish, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to be read rather than to be skipped.

1. Who we are
Quorum Capital operates this website and the treasury described on it. Questions about this policy, or about data we hold on you, should be sent through the official channels linked in the footer of this site. We do not operate a support mailbox, and we will never contact you first to ask for a seed phrase, a private key or a payment.
2. What we collect
We collect as little as the site can function on. In practice that is four things.
- Account identifiers
- If you sign in, our authentication provider Privy gives us a user identifier and either the email address or the wallet address you signed in with. We never receive your password, your private keys or your seed phrase, and we cannot move funds from your wallet.
- What you submit
- The contents of a project request, a thesis, a comment or a vote, together with the account that submitted it.
- Public chain data
- Token balances, transfers and treasury transactions read from Robinhood Chain. This data is already public and we do not create it. We index it to rank holders and to show treasury movement.
- Basic technical data
- Server logs containing IP address, request path and timestamp, kept to keep the service running and to rate-limit abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not run third-party analytics that profile you across other websites, and we do not sell personal data.
3. What is public, and what is not
This matters more here than on most sites, so it is stated plainly. Every project request is public from the moment it is submitted. The title, summary, founder name, stage, amount requested, milestones and the wallet address are visible to anyone, including people who are not signed in.
Your email address is never published. It is visible only to you and to site administrators. Theses, votes and comments are published together with the wallet or display name attached to your account.
Do not put anything in a submission that you are not willing to have read by the public and indexed by search engines.
4. Why we are allowed to use it
Where UK and EU data protection law applies, we rely on the performance of a contract with you for operating your account and publishing what you choose to submit; on our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure, preventing abuse and maintaining a public record of funding decisions; and on your consent where you have given it, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the providers needed to run the site: Privy for authentication, our hosting and database providers, and public RPC providers when your browser or our indexer reads the chain. Each processes data on our instructions. We also disclose data where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Account records are kept while your account exists and for up to twelve months after you ask us to delete it, so that we can meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Server logs are kept for up to ninety days.
Published submissions, votes and funding decisions form the public record of how the treasury was spent, and are kept indefinitely. If you ask us to erase your account we will remove your email address and detach your identifiers from that record, but the record of the decision itself remains.
Anything written to Robinhood Chain is permanent and outside our control. We cannot edit or delete it, and neither can anyone else.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold on you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Contact us through the official channels linked in the footer of this site and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or the EU and you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are made under the safeguards permitted by applicable law.
9. Children
This site is not for anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will say so on the site where the change is significant.
